Our History

It all started in a small workshop in Annecy.

One winter, Marc Karyx, a former technical agent and outdoor enthusiast, had had enough.

Tired of being cold, soaked, and ending the day freezing.

Fed up with these so-called "technical" pants that rip after two weeks.

So, he did what the guys on the ground do:

He decided to do it himself.

The beginning: a need, not a marketing idea

Marc knows the truth:

the wind that burns your legs, the rain that seeps in, the unusable pockets,

And these clothes are made for advertisements, not for work.

Along with a few artisan friends and a mountain tailor,

He started working on a pair of pants designed as a tool, not as an article of clothing.

Every seam, every piece of fabric, every zipper had to serve a real function.

Not to "please" — to protect.

The result: KARYX+

After more than 50 prototypes, weeks of testing in the rain, in the snow, and on construction sites,
