Print the label, carefully pack the product and drop it off at the indicated collection point or post office.
Return shipping costs are fully covered by Karyx .
4. Refunds
Once the product has been received and verified, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
The refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (size, color, etc.), please follow the same return procedure, then place a new order.
6. Exceptions
